By visiting our website, booking a garment hire, purchasing products or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our related policies and terms referenced throughout the website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

 

Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or guardian

• All information provided by you is accurate and complete

• You are authorised to use any payment method submitted

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account.

 

Garment Hire & Orders

All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.

Style Assembly reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order or booking

• Limit quantities

• Update pricing or availability without notice

• Remove products or services at any time

Hire bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking details, including event dates, delivery addresses and sizing selections, are correct before confirming an order.

 

Product Representation

We make every effort to display garments, colours and products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and device displays.

Fit and sizing may also vary between brands and styles.

Style Assembly does not guarantee that garments will fit exactly as expected.

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• Payment details provided are valid and authorised

• Charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider

• You are responsible for all applicable charges and fees

 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Style Assembly is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Australia Post or courier providers

• Weather events

• Customs delays

• Circumstances outside our control

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once parcels are transferred to the shipping carrier.

 

Returns & Late Fees

All hires must be returned by the agreed return date listed in your booking confirmation.

Late returns may incur additional fees, particularly where another customer’s booking is impacted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are returned correctly using the provided return instructions.

Garment Care & Damage

Customers agree to take reasonable care of all hired garments and accessories during the rental period.

Customers must not:

• Wash garments

• Dry clean garments independently

• Alter garments

• Attempt stain removal or repairs

Professional cleaning is handled by Style Assembly.

If a garment is returned damaged beyond normal wear, repair or replacement fees may apply.

Where applicable, Style Guard coverage may reduce liability for eligible accidental damage.

 

 

Third-Party Services

Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party tools, websites or providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services.

Your use of those services is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Assembly shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Loss of profits or opportunity

• Delayed deliveries

• Event disruption

• Damage resulting from misuse of garments

• Technical interruptions or website errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website and Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
